リビングカルチャー倶楽部　お寺で坐禅体験　第１回講座終了

８月２８日　９月２５日　１０月２３日　全３回の講座に４人の方が参加されました

初日　　　　庫裏の部屋で　参禅のしおりを用い説明

　　　　　　坐禅は実質１５分間座る

２日目　　　質問を受け　再度説明

　　　　　　坐禅　３０分間座る

３日目　　　坐禅４０分間座る

　　　　　　庫裏に移動して　応量器でお粥をいただく　　

　　　　　　良い経験でした　朝の坐禅会に参加したいとの意見が出る
